SABELLA fundraising and shareholding
An equity capital of 16.5 M€ in 2018
SABELLA has secured two fundraisings since its creation in 2008:
- in June 2014, SABELLA strengthened its capital and secured the D10 project’s budget by carrying out a fundraising of 4.3 M€ through two investment funds, EMERTEC (today known as DEMETER VENTURES) and GO COPITAL, and three manufacturers, IWD, FARINIA and GEOPETROL, the first two being involved in the tidal technology construction;
- in November 2016, a second fundraising gathered 6 M€ (+ 2 M€ in 2018) with Bpifrance and other banks entering the share capital.
